Im very new to the bcd 3000 as well as Traktor scratch pro, but i have both and have no idea how to set up my BCD with traktor SP. I would so appreciate someone to lay out the instructions in a simple manner as im trying very hard to get this setup up and running. I have basic knowledge of the bcd and messed with tsp a little, but am overwhelmed when trying to get traktor to even respond to. Run the BCD3000 driver software in STANDARD MODE. You must have Traktor Pro 1.0.2 or later for this TSI to load correctly. This map is based off my own personal map. It's not a map for the control freak, but for someone who is simply using the BCD-3000 as a mixer.

If you spin tracks for a living or on the side, then you need to listen up. I've looked at some mixing software over the past few months, but none have really 'sent' me. Conclusion: Traktor is truly amazing. Its tight integration of both hardware accessories and components with its software give serious track and music spinners total control over their tracks and mixes. As such, the interface is a bit complicated for the noobie or those uninitiated in track mixing. The software and related accessories are also quite expensive. This isn't something that the average user is going to purchase, as knowledge of music mixing is required to obtain the value-add from the program.

However, if you’re a professional or amateur DJ and mix music at parties or other for-pay gatherings, then you need to take a look at Traktor and its hardware and components. They're expensive, and definitely an investment; but I think you're going to find that they are an investment that will definitely pay off.
